Terms of use
These terms cover your use of LiftLoco. The game is provided by Buytitude LLC. Please review these terms and the privacy policy before playing.
Who may play
LiftLoco is intended for players aged 13 and older. If you are below the legal age of majority where you live, obtain permission from a parent or guardian. Purchases require the Google Play account holder’s permission.
Your game access
We grant a personal, non-exclusive right to play the game for lawful entertainment. Game art, code, music, branding and other content remain owned by their respective owners. Do not distribute unauthorized copies, interfere with the game or its services, exploit purchases, or use the game unlawfully.
Progress and game items
Coins, outfits, scores and stars are game items. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferable. Game results do not award real-world money or prizes. Progress may be lost after uninstalling, resetting or changing devices; do not rely on the game as a permanent record.
Advertising and optional subscriptions
Free gameplay contains advertising. Availability of ads and optional rewarded videos varies. Purchasing Premium is optional; see the purchase information for benefits, billing and cancellation. Google Play’s applicable terms also govern transactions. Premium provides the same benefits with monthly or yearly billing.
Changes and availability
We may update the game, fix issues or change content. Availability and features may vary by device, region, app version or platform. We aim to provide a reliable experience but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We will respect applicable consumer rights and platform rules when changes affect paid access.
Responsibility and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided as available without additional guarantees, and Buytitude is not responsible for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
