Privacy policy
This policy describes information used when you play LiftLoco, view advertising, make purchases, contact support or visit these pages.
Game and preference information
Completed shifts, scores, coins, robot outfits, your current shift, language and display preferences are used to provide your game experience. LiftLoco does not ask for an account, contacts, microphone access, photos or precise location. Reset progress in Settings deletes the saved game progress from that installation. Reinstalling or changing devices may remove progress; purchase restoration is separate.
Advertising and privacy choices
The free version uses Google AdMob and the Google User Messaging Platform. When ads are requested, Google’s advertising components may collect and share IP address (which can indicate approximate location), advertising and other device identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostics. These support advertising, measurement, reliability, security and fraud prevention. Advertising data is encrypted in transit.
LiftLoco does not ask for or store your age or birth date. Advertising requests use under-age-of-consent treatment and non-personalized settings throughout the game. Privacy options are provided when required by the advertising provider and applicable law. When available, Settings → Privacy choices lets you review or change your choices. Android settings also provide advertising ID controls. Premium removes banner, interstitial and rewarded advertising. Optional rewarded videos identify the game reward before you choose to watch.
Purchases
Google Play processes payments. Product information, signed purchase details and purchase status are used to verify, acknowledge, restore and manage Premium access. Buytitude does not receive your full payment-card details from Google Play. Purchase records may be retained as needed to deliver access, address disputes and satisfy legal obligations.
Support and website information
If you contact us, we receive the email address, message and attachments you provide and use them to respond. Please do not send payment credentials or sensitive personal information. Support correspondence is kept for handling your request and reasonable follow-up, unless longer retention is legally required. Website and email hosting providers may process connection data, including IP addresses and request logs, to operate and secure the services.
Providers and disclosures
Google processes advertising and purchase information under its own policies. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google information from partner apps. Providers may process information in other countries under applicable safeguards and apply their own retention periods. Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to protect rights and security, or in a business transfer subject to applicable protections.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a supervisory authority. Contact [email protected] with “LiftLoco privacy” in the subject. We may request information needed to verify your request. You can also manage permissions and advertising choices in Android, review available in-app privacy options and delete the app.
Age and updates
LiftLoco is intended for ages 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, please contact us. Players below the age of legal majority should use the game with permission from a parent or guardian. We will update this policy and its date when practices change.
