These terms apply to Patienzo, published by Buytitude LLC. By using the app, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by law. Patienzo is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
Your use of Patienzo
We grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. Content, artwork and branding remain owned by their respective rights holders. Do not misuse the app, bypass purchase or reward checks, redistribute it without permission or interfere with advertising and payment services. Rights that cannot lawfully be restricted remain unaffected.
Gameplay
Patienzo provides pattern activities and written situations for thoughtful practice and entertainment. Game results describe exercises, do not establish improvement in everyday patience and are not a medical assessment. The app does not diagnose or treat a condition.
Free play, advertising and purchases
The first 24 levels are free. The free experience may display banner and occasional interstitial advertisements outside active exercises. An optional rewarded ad can unlock the level identified before viewing when the provider confirms the reward. Ad availability is not guaranteed. Reward unlocks are separate from a Google Play purchase and may not be restorable after reinstalling.
Premium is a one-time Google Play purchase that unlocks all 60 included levels and removes advertising. It is not a recurring subscription. Prices, taxes and payment terms are shown in Google Play before confirmation. Premium covers the included base game; it does not promise every future paid expansion. Availability and responsibility
We aim to maintain a reliable app, but features, availability and compatibility can change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to reasonably foreseeable direct loss arising from a breach of these terms. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees.
