Privacy notice

Your bakery progress belongs on your device. This notice explains the separate roles of local game storage, Google services and support.

1. Who provides the app

Baking Melody (com.buytitude.bakingmelody) is provided by Buytitude LLC, New Jersey, United States. For privacy questions and requests, email [email protected] and mention Baking Melody.

2. Information stored on your device

The app stores puzzle progress, stars, earned coins, chosen bakery styles, renovations, preferences, language and an unfinished puzzle locally. It also stores Google Play signed purchase receipts and related entitlement information to recognize purchases. These game records are not uploaded to a Buytitude game server.

Export progress creates a backup where you choose to save it. If you choose a cloud storage provider, that provider handles the file under its own terms. Keep your backup safe; purchases are restored separately through Google Play.

3. Google advertising and consent

The app includes Google AdMob and the Google User Messaging Platform. When ad services are used, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share the device IP address (which can indicate approximate location), advertising or other device/account identifiers, interactions with the app and ads, and diagnostics such as crashes and performance information. Google uses these for ad delivery, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. The app does not request precise GPS location, contacts, camera or microphone access.

Available consent and regional privacy choices are presented through Google’s consent forms. You can reopen Settings → Ad privacy choices when that option is available. Android also provides advertising ID controls. Declining personalized ads does not necessarily stop all ad-related processing. Google’s data handling is described in its Privacy Policy and advertising information.

Lifetime Premium and a recognized earlier ad-free purchase remove banners and automatic between-batch ads. Reward videos remain optional; choosing one contacts Google’s ad services. An ad-free purchase does not remove purchase verification or other Google Play processing.

4. Google Play purchases

Google Play processes payments and keeps purchase records associated with your Google account. The app receives purchase status, product and transaction information, and signed receipts to verify and restore benefits. Buytitude does not receive your payment card details. The app verifies signed receipts locally and acknowledges eligible purchases through Google Play. Purchase and restore actions need internet access; after verification, Lifetime Premium is cached locally without a subscription expiry timer.

Earlier subscriptions can still exist for people who bought them before Lifetime Premium. Their benefits depend on an active Google Play subscription and can require periodic online checks. 5. Support correspondence and website visits

If you email support, Buytitude receives your email address, your message and any attachments you send. This information is used to respond, investigate the issue and maintain necessary support or transaction records. Avoid sending passwords, full payment card numbers or unnecessary personal information.

When you visit the public support pages, the website hosting provider may process ordinary connection and security logs, including IP address, requested page, browser information and time of access. These pages do not add advertising, analytics scripts, tracking cookies or external fonts. Following a third-party link takes you to that service’s own privacy practices.

6. Retention, deletion and your choices

Local game data remains until you reset it, clear the app’s storage or uninstall it, subject to your device’s backup settings. Start a new bakery resets game progress; clearing Android app storage also removes cached receipts and preferences. Your Google Play purchase record is not deleted by clearing the app. You can restore an eligible purchase using the same Google account.

Delete exported backups from the location you selected and any copies you made. Support information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can email us about access, correction, deletion or other rights available where you live. Google’s records, retention and privacy requests are managed through Google. Clearing storage or uninstalling does not cancel an earlier subscription.

7. Sharing, security and processing location

Buytitude does not operate a game-progress database or sell your saved game records. Google’s advertising and payment services handle information as described above; advertising processing may be treated as sharing under some privacy laws. Use the available regional choices and contact us with questions about your rights.

The game uses Android app storage and Google’s service security protections. Google services and support providers may process information in countries other than yours. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Age and updates

Baking Melody is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact us so we can address it. We may update this notice when app features or data practices change; the effective date appears at the top. A copy is included in the app for offline reading.
